    This marinade lends itself particularly well to shrimp, chicken or duck breast for its sweet and sourflavours.

    Truffle Ketchup Marinade

    This marinade is perfect with red meat such as beef and duck, but also with a nice pork tenderloin thanks to its smoky flavours!

    • 1 bottle of summer truffle ketchup Artisan de la Truffe
    • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
    • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
    • 1/2 lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • Salt, pepper & spices such as paprika / cumin / herbes de Provence

    Special fish & vegetable marinade 

    This marinade enhances fish, shellfish and grilled vegetables with its fresh and fragrant flavours.

    Maple syrup and truffle mustard marinade

    An ideal marinade to enhance the flavours of white meatssuch as chicken, veal or pork ribs!

    Preparation: 

    For all these marinades, mix all the ingredients together and brush the preparation onto the meat and fish. Leave overnight in a covered container. The next day, remove the excess marinade and place on the grill! It's ready!
