Southwestern know-how
Immerse yourself in the refined world of foie gras, a South-West speciality combining French tradition and excellence. Enjoy the richness and finesse of whole duck and goose foie gras, enhanced by the nobility of black truffles.
Whole Duck and Goose Foie Gras: which one to choose?
Whether goose or duck, both are made with quality ingredients. Choose whole duck foie gras for its authentic, full-bodied taste, the most popular. Goose is preferred for its more subtle, delicate taste, the more refined and rare.
Black Truffle for an exceptional recipe
Our foie gras is the result of aromatic research to find the perfect balance between truffle and foie gras. Let yourself be seduced by the harmonious marriage of black truffle (tuber melanosporum) and the sweetness ofsemi-cooked foie gras, for an explosion of flavors on the palate.
How to store and enjoy truffled foie gras?
Cooked at high temperatures, they can be stored for years at room temperature, protected from light. However, we recommend chilling for a few hours before serving. Then bring it back up to temperature 1 hour before tasting. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within three days. Choose from a selection of weights to suit your needs: 50g for beginners and 90g for gourmets.
What to serve foie gras truffles with?
These foies gras are perfect as an aperitif, or as a festive starter for Christmas or New Year's Eve. It's perfect on its own with a nice slice of lightly toasted farmhouse bread, but you can also dress it up with fleur de sel, a little pepper and raw fruit, truffle sauce, fig or onion chutney for an exquisite sweet-savory touch. For wine lovers, a mellow wine such as Sauternes or a sweet white wine is ideal.
