Fish roe in jars can be stored in a cool place at between 0°C and 4°C. Once opened, they can be eaten within two days. Bottarga is vacuum-packed at between e 6°C and 10°C. Once opened, it can be stored at between 0°C and 4°C and consumed within 48 hours.
