Pizza with truffle: 2 easy recipes!
How do you twist your traditional homemade pizzas? With truffles of course! This very fragrant ingredient will bring delicacy and originality to pizzas seen nowhere else!
The Artisan's Classic Pizza
For 1 pizzetta
Preparation: 15 mn
Cooking: 10mn
Rest: none
Ingredients:
- 100g baker's or homemade bread dough
- 1 jar of truffle tomato sauce "Artisan de la Truffe"
- Extra virgin olive oil with black truffle flavour "Artisan de la Truffe"
- 40g of Moliterno with truffles
- 40g white ham with truffle
- A few rocket shoots
- 3g of fresh seasonal truffle
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°.
- Spread the bread dough thinly on a baking sheet. Garnish with truffle tomato sauce.
- Bake for about 10 minutes to obtain a crispy dough.
- At the exit of the oven, garnish with ham and shavings of Moliterno with truffle.
- Finish by adding the arugula, a few shavings of seasonal truffle and a drizzle of olive oil to the truffle. Taste immediately!
Diabolical Pizzetta Tartufata
For 1 pizzetta
Preparation : 15 mn
Cooking time : 10mn
Rest: none
Ingredients:
- 100g baker's or homemade bread dough
- 20g of ricotta
- 20g mushroom sauce & summer truffle "Artisan de la truffe"
- 50g of mozzarella balls
- 20g of Moliterno with truffles
- 3g of seasonal truffle shavings
- Extra virgin olive oil with black truffle flavour "Artisan de la Truffe"
- A few rocket shoots
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°.
- Spread the bread dough thinly on a baking sheet. Garnish with ricotta cheese, mushroom sauce with summer truffle and mozzarella balls.
- Bake for about 10 minutes to obtain a crispy dough.
- Remove from the oven and add the Moliterno to the truffle.
- Finish by adding the arugula, a few shavings of seasonal truffle and a drizzle of olive oil to the truffle. Taste without delay!
