How to make summer truffle risotto?
A delicious summer truffle risotto in no time at all? Artisan de la Truffe has made it for you! This summer truffle risotto, cooked in the traditional way with carefully selected ingredients, is quick and easy to prepare. It is a reproduction of the original recipe from the Michelin-starred restaurant "Da Beppe" in Alba (Italy).

Preparation :
- Boil 700ml of water or vegetable stock.
- In a saucepan, sauté the contents of the sachet with 3 tablespoons of olive oil to pearl the rice for 1 minute.
- Add a glass of white wine and stir for a few moments.
- Gradually pour in boiling water, stirring regularly until soft rice is obtained (18 to 20 minutes).
- Serve hot by adding parmesan cream "Artisan de la Truffe" and/or grated parmesan cheese. With seasonal truffle shavings, it's even better!
