Artichoke bruschetta with summer truffle and soft-boiled egg

Ingredients:

  • Plunge the eggs into boiling water for 3 minutes. After cooking, run them under cold water and peel them.
  • Toast the slices of farmhouse bread on a rack in the oven at 180°C for 7 minutes, brushing the slices with olive oil beforehand.
  • Spread the toasted slices of artichoke delight with summer truffle. Spread the pot on the 4 slices.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the soft-boiled eggs lengthwise.
  • Arrange them on the slices of bread.
  • Finish with poppy seeds.
