Fresh mushroom and truffle ravioli Artisan de la Truffe are made with fresh egg pasta from soft wheat flour and durum wheat semolina in a triangular shape, then stuffed with mushrooms, summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) and ricotta. Quick and practical, these ravioli will delight your guests.

Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water. Drain and serve with a sauce Artisan de la Truffe or a touch of ricotta and extra virgin olive oil.
