Maxim's Blinis de Paris can be easily reheated in several ways, each method offering a different texture to suit your preferences:
- In a conventional oven (approx. 5 minutes at 180 degrees). Arrange the blinis on a baking sheet, covering them lightly to preserve their softness while adding a slight crispness to the edges.
- Pan-fry: Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat and warm the blinis for a few seconds on each side. You can add a touch of butter to make them even tastier. Reheating in a frying pan allows you to brown them and make them slightly crisp, while retaining their softness on the inside, with an extra buttery taste if you add some.
- Microwave: the quickest technique, allow 15-20 seconds to pierce the lid and reheat at low power, to retain all the softness.
