The real Gravlax sauce for smoked salmon

While Astara smoked salmon is usually sufficient on its own, it goes wonderfully well with this traditional sweet and sour Nordic sauce ready in 5 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 bunches of freshly chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of brown vergeoise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 20cl rapeseed oil
  • Salt & white pepper

Preparation:

  • Emulsify the mustard with the vinegar then add the oil and honey.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Reserve in a cool place.

Tip: serve with homemade blinis, organic Scottish smoked salmon Astara and a few pink berries. This sauce will keep for a week in the fridge!
