Genuine Gravlax Sauce for Smoked Salmon

While Astara smoked salmon is usually sufficient on its own, it goes wonderfully well with this traditional sweet and sour Nordic sauce ready in 5 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 bunches of freshly chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of brown vergeoise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 20cl rapeseed oil
  • Salt & white pepper

Preparation:

  • Emulsify the mustard with the vinegar then add the oil and honey.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Reserve in a cool place.

Tip: serve with blinis, Astara organic smoked salmon anda few pink berries. This sauce will keep for a week in the fridge!
