How to taste honey with truffles?

As a starter or as an aperitif, with cheese... truffle honey is life!

At the beginning of a meal, acacia honey with summer truffles is perfect on warm goat cheese toast. Combine it with fruit (pears, figs, etc.) for a chic and delicious spread. For even more deliciousness, why not try a whole roasted cheese with honey? Camembert is still the best option, to be worked simply with roasted seeds.

The best ally in a marinade on a plate

On the flat, sweet and sour fans will not be disappointed! To flavour and caramelise grilled meats with an intense and original flavour, use truffle honey without moderation as a marinade for both red meats (beef, duck breast) and white meats (pork tenderloin, poultry). Balsamic vinegar, soy sauce... so many successful combinations every time!
