Our Platinum® caviar is a cross between Huso Dauricus and Acipenser Schrenkii sturgeons. They grow in the crystal-clear waters of Yunnan - at the foot of the Tibetan mountains - in our Chinese partner farm. These large, golden-brown grains are distinguished by their unrivalled firmness and good length in the mouth.
