This Baeri caviar tasting box with its traditional spoon is the ideal gift for an introduction to caviar! With its medium-sized grain and anthracite grey to golden brown colour, our Baeri caviar develops a slightly woody flavour and is quite short on taste. It comes from the Siberian sturgeon(Acipenser Baerii) and is raised on our family-run partner farm in Veneto.
