The real truffle risotto recipe for 2 people. Cooked in the traditional way, quick and easy to prepare. Faithful reproduction of the original recipe of the starred restaurant "Da Beppe" in Alba (Italy).

For 3/4 people. Cooking time 18 to 20 min. Pearl the rice in olive oil. Deglaze with white wine. Gradually add broth, stirring until the rice is cooked as desired. Finish with a nice knob of butter and parmesan.
