For Mother's Day and the beautiful season, the House Angelina has composed a fresh creation based on macaroons and red fruits. An invitation to indulge in the sweetest of confidences and to express one's maternal love with a few special treats!

From the beginning Angelina has been the embodiment of femininity. This is why the House's pastry chef, Christophe Appert, wanted to offer all mothers a delicate and very tasty creation!

Confidence is the perfect marriage between a strawberry and redcurrant compote and a white chocolate cream, all placed on a delicious macaroon sprinkled with chocolate hearts and fresh raspberries. Confidence is available in two formats, one to share and one to eat individually, and is a moment of reunion and indulgence with your mother.
