When Angelina decides to celebrate Christmas, it is done with a lot of creativity! This year, the famous House calls for a journey. Thanks to a world of gourmet delights, Angelina unveils its collection of logs that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

A ticket to the clouds!

Who hasn't dreamed of spending Christmas in the tropics? Angelina offers a gourmet escape with its Exotic Cloud Log. On a crispy coconut base overlaid with a lime madeleine biscuit, a mango and lime jelly is placed. The whole is accompanied by a lime brunoise and insert and a passion fruit mousse.

Stroll to the Trocadero

The house entremets, reinterpreted as a crazy chocolate log. A creamy chocolate filling is added to a crunchy hazelnut base, a hazelnut biscuit and a chocolate and chopped almond glaze. Crowned with a milk chocolate chantilly, delicately placed on a milk chocolate bar, sprinkled with golden hazelnuts.

A gourmet dance...

Under the elegant curves of the Bûche Arabesque, the pastry chefs ofAngelina have decided to hide a tasty mixture of apples and spiced pears in a heart of flowing caramel. A very light speculo mousse and a vanilla ganache coat the whole.

Climbing Mont Blanc!

The iconic Mont-Blancs of the House that we are delighted to find every year during the holidays! With its meringue and light chantilly, its vermicelli of chestnut cream and its iced chestnut chips, it has nothing to envy to the other logs! A pistachio version will also be available, with a pistachio chestnut cream.
