Gourmet smoked salmon toast Astara

The smoked salmon Astara can be enjoyed as simply as possible! In less than 15 minutes, garnish it on a nice slice of bread with fresh cheese and herbs for a starter or a tasty iodized aperitif.

Gourmet smoked salmon toast Astara

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of organic Scottish smoked salmon Astara
  • 4 nice slices of farmhouse bread
  • 250g of fresh cheese (cream cheese or fresh goat's cheese type)
  • Fresh herbs (chives, dill)
  • 1 yellow lemon
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Some pink berries
  • Roquette
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation:

  • Brown the slices of farmhouse bread in the oven.
  • Prepare the fromage frais: in a salad bowl, mix the cheese with the chopped fresh herbs, the zest of a yellow lemon, chopped pink berries, salt and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture generously on the bread.
  • Add a nice slice of organic Scottish smoked salmon on each slice of bread.
  • Finish by sprinkling a little minced red onion, fresh herbs, arugula shoots and a dash of lemon juice.
